Sam Kahn is outstanding. This was our third time working with Sam (he helped us lease an apartment in Chicago, helped us buy our first condo, and then helped us sell it when we moved out of state). Each time -- and in each context -- Sam was exceedingly professional, understanding, responsive, and tuned into the market, what buyers need and want, and how best to bring everyone together. Sam, was truly excellent, I would highly recommend! This was our first home buying experience so we had tons of questions and needed to learn about the process and the market. Sam was extremely responsive, patient and informative through the full process. In this fast market, Sam was always on top of new listings and getting in as early as possible to see the place! For the place we purchased, Sam got us in the same day as the listing and got the offer out that night! He then helped us through the process and negotiating closing and credits. During the first home buying process it's very hard to know what's standard and what is a big deal (especially during the inspection). Sam was a calming voice throughout, provided an objective perspective and we relied heavily on his expertise. I've recommended Sam to anyone I know looking to buy!

Buying a home, especially as a first-time buyer, can be honestly overwhelming and stressful at times- but having Sam in your corner makes the process not just easier but also fun! I found myself in a situation of falling out of contract 2 times after inspection (yikes, I know!) but Sam somehow managed to reassure me each time that it was all part of the process and to have faith. I'm so glad I trusted him and ended up finding a home that made it all worth it. I cannot recommend working with Sam Kahn to be your realtor enough. From the very first step of the process to that final closing day and beyond, he is with you every step of the way. He always goes above and beyond, negotiates firm but fair on your behalf, is always a step ahead, extremely prompt and on-top of every detail. He's the person you want in your corner to not only get the very best for you, but to make the process exciting and memorable along the way.

Sam is one of the hardest working real estate professionals I've met. He's very intelligent, respectful, honest, and is a great listener. He is always hungry to learn more about the market and puts the seller's needs before his own. He diligently prepares for every showing, and always follows up with the seller immediately after a showing has been completed. Working through deals with Sam is a pleasure. He remains calm and enjoys the negotiation process. He is a truly great guy and I wish him every success!

Well, I don't have enough words to explain how glad we are to find Sam, he was responsive, understanding and most crucial of all, he didn't let us buy any bad property. If there is anything bad, he will tell us right away. Numbers never mattered to him, no matter what's the price is, he will always give me his honest feedback.
