Sam, was truly excellent, I would highly recommend! This was our first home buying experience so we had tons of questions and needed to learn about the process and the market. Sam was extremely responsive, patient and informative through the full process. In this fast market, Sam was always on top of new listings and getting in as early as possible to see the place! For the place we purchased, Sam got us in the same day as the listing and got the offer out that night! He then helped us through the process and negotiating closing and credits. During the first home buying process it's very hard to know what's standard and what is a big deal (especially during the inspection). Sam was a calming voice throughout, provided an objective perspective and we relied heavily on his expertise. I've recommended Sam to anyone I know looking to buy!
