Prospective buyers can begin browsing in April of this year, although move-ins will begin in the second half of 2021.

Parkline– 50 E Randolph St- This 26-story residential tower is beginning development in the Loop, steps away from Millennium Park, Mag Mile shopping, and other popular Chicago attractions. 

Among the 214 units that will be offered, 24 private condo residences will be available for purchase in 2021. The remaining 190 units will be available to rent.

The 296,000-square-foot building, just east of CTA el tracks on Wabash Avenue, will boast ground-floor retail space and luxury amenity spaces on multiple floors. The residential units will feature 3 and 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ bath luxury homes, ranging from 2,150 to 2,650 square feet.

More property details will be released closer to the finished project.

1000M– 1006 S Michigan Ave- This future condominium skyscraper will bring a whole new height of luxury to the South Loop neighborhood.

Soon-to-be the 15th tallest building in Chicago, with 74 stories and 421 units planned, 100M will provide future residents the choice between various layouts, square feet, and views.
